if you do not mind overpaying for the service they provide especialy Fort St John British Columbia re/max then by all means use them but I can tell you there are far better realities out there to use.re/max in Fort St John BC sold my place for me, my agent put very little effort into finding buyers and when buyer was found I was forced to drop price $10,000.00 to make sale happen. If the agents re/max hires are so good he should have got full asking price,seeing I had already dropped price from $379,900.00 to $365,000.00 and ended taking $355,000.00. don't use re/max,you will overpay for services provided.
